From The Vine
"I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me,
and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit:
for without me ye can do nothing." John 15:5

"For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." Matthew 7:14-15The statement Jesus made her could mean the difference in you spending eternity with Him or in hell. He meant what He said then and He still means it.
This past weekend my son came home from his dad's for a visit. He began sharing with me some of the things his dad's live in had done to him. It grieved my spirit and we both had to remember these verses and ask God to help us forgive her so that we could also be forgiven.God will help us do everything in His WORD. We can forgive others no matter what the have done to us. We CAN do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us. (Philippians 4:13) This is a powerful verse. Tap into it and allow yourself to walk in forgiveness, letting go of the anger, the hurt and the bitterness that has you in prison.
You're not only hurting yourself and those who love you, but you are also taking a dangerous risk with your soul. Remember, the way is narrow and hard and there are few that find it. Don't burn for eternity because of what someone did to you. Forgive then and go on with your life. Let it go. Give it to God.
Father, Help each one of us tap into Your strength so that we can forgive everyone who has ever wronged us in any way. Many of us have been abused, raped, beaten, and every other imaginable wrong that can humanly be done. But we desire to enter into heaven. We want You to forgive us of our sins Lord so help us to forgive them. We choose to forgive them today in Jesus' Name. Deliver us from the anger, the rage, the hurt and any bitterness that has taken root in our lives.
Thank You Father for setting us free today. Amen.
