...To exalt the name of Jesus Christ above all others:
Psalms 34:3, "O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together."
...To take the Gospel to the ends of the earth:
Acts 13:47, "For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth."
...To love the Lord our God:
Mark 12:30, "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment."
...To love one another:
Mark 12:31, "And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these."
...To exhort one another:
Hebrews 3:13, "But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin."
...To pray for the Body of Christ:
1 Samuel 12:23, "Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:" 1 Thessalonians 5:25, "Brethren, pray for us."
...To Preach Christ Jesus and be servants:
2 Corinthians 4:5, "For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake."
...To be ministers of reconciliation:
2 Corinthians 5:18, "And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;"
...To be ambassadors for Christ:
2 Corinthians 5:20, "Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God."
...To be humble and share the unsearchable riches of Christ:
Ephesians 3:8, "Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;"
...To preach the word... reprove, rebuke, exhort:
2 Timothy 4:2, "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."
...To watch, endure and do the work of an evangelist:
2 Timothy 4:5, "But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry."
...To present Christ in simplicity:
2 Corinthians 11:3, "But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."
...To exercise ourselves unto godliness:
1 Timothy 4:7, "But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness."...To maintain good works, avoid foolish questions, contentions and strivings:
Titus 3:8-11, "This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men. But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.
...To be baptized and continually filled with the power of the Holy Ghost:
Luke 3:16, "John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire:"...To walk uprigthly, work righteousness, and speak truth:
Psalms 15:2, "He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart."
...To minister to the Lord & be separate for the work we've been called to do:
Acts 13:2, "As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them."
...To be sanctified and holy:
Leviticus 20:7, "Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God."
...To worship the Lord:
Psalms 95:6, "O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker."
