LESSONS OF FAILURE
Lord, are you trying to tell me something?
For...
Failure does not mean I'm a failure;
It does mean I have not yet succeeded.
Failure does not mean I have accomplished nothing;
It does mean I have learned something.
Failure does not mean I have been a fool;
It does mean I had enough faith to experiment.
Failure does not mean I have disgraced;
It does mean I have dared to try.
Failure does not mean I don't have it;
It does mean I have something to do in a different way.
Failure does not mean I am inferior;
It does mean I am not perfect.
Failure does not mean I have wasted my life;
It does mean that I have an excuse to start over.
Failure does not mean that I should give up;
It does mean that I should try harder.
Failure does not mean that I will never make it;
It does mean that I need more practice.
Failure does not mean that you have abandoned me;
It does mean that you must have a better idea.

Remember:
You can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens you! (Philippians 4:13)
As I think about the many times I've tried to do something and failed, when I think of the businesses I've stared to only have them fold shortly thereafter, the schools I've started, and all the other good intentions I've had, but never seemed to get around to doing or finishing... it leaves me feeling like a failure.When I read these lessons on failure I realized that we are never failures in God's eyes because our sucess is based on our relationship with Him, not on the amount of money we have in our account, the number of people we sucessfully impress or whether our latest business venture was a success or not.
God has a plan to prosper you but prosperity in His eyes can not compare to the earth's riches. He wants us to suceed, and when we allow Him to "order our steps" we can't fail. When we put God first in everything we do, we are lined up with His will. That in itself is sucess.
With your priorities straight and God first in your life, your family, your business, school, you will find that your ideas and measures of sucess change. Your values, standards and measures will be aligned to His WORD not to the world's system. Decide today what you will seek after. "He that diligently seeketh good procureth favour: but he that seeketh mischief, it shall come unto him."Proverbs 11:27 What are you diligently seeking? "He who seeks shall find." ~ Jesus
Consider this as you go about seeking. . . Matthew 6:19-21, " Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
Determine to be a sucess today and put God first in your life.
